Sadly, I never got the chance to play the first and second generations of Zelda(I only got into Video Gaming about two years into the N64), but as soon as I rented a copy of Ocarina of Time, I went out a bought my own copy practically the next day. This game, as you probably all know, is a port of the classic SNES Zelda game with a few additions, most notably "Four Swords", an entirely new game that was put on the same cartridge.
Graphics
For a GBA game, this is none to shabby. Much better looking than the Oracle games on GBC. The animations seem fluid and the magic looks very pretty. The monsters, also, look very pretty, with very nice animations. One thing I noticed is that when climbing or descending a stairway, all the enemies seem to freeze movement and won't do anything until you stop climbing or descending the stairs. I'm sure this is purely a technical issue, the GBA not being able to handle the animation of Link going downstairs and several enemies, so it is forgivable. Other than that, it's really good; but we do know that graphics don't make the game.
