Yesterday, we published our two-page hands-on report of Battalion Wars, the Advance Wars-inspired action/adventure strategy game from Kuju Entertainment. You can check that out here.
Since then, we’ve spent a considerable amount of time with the title, and we have to say we’re even more impressed than before. Whereas we complained about a lack of strategy-based gameplay in our previous hands-on, now we’ve experienced parts of the game where more intelligent thinking and strategy are required. We have to say we like this change of pace.
